Artist: Benjamin Long

I'm always attracted to art that incorporates horticulture or botany, especially if vivid color and ornamentation is involved as with the work of Benjamin Long. The  fictitious plants look, well, Martian but the beautiful saturated hues and background doodads make them irresistable.

I fell in love with the beanies and mittens in Shan Shan's shop ( Tiny Toadstools) but then also discovered her adorable vintage clothing store where she models and styles the wares in such a charming way that I couldn't resist adding to the post. Too cute!
