In medieval Europe, blue dyes were rare and expensive so only the most wealthy or the aristocracy could afford to wear them (wikipedia). I think purple is really regal....rich, audacious and a little different, here's some purple eye candy for the day.

Easter Decor
Anyone planning a big Easter dinner? I'm thinking of serving a butterflied leg of lamb with a potato torte and a cheese souffle....not sure about dessert yet.Probably something sinful and chocolatey. Above are some ideas for the Easter decor....lovely pastels with lots of eggs, bunnies and pretty pretty flowers. Nothing say Easter more than this.......Images from here.
