I admit to judging a book by it's cover and that instinct has not yet led me astray, and I read quite abit. These covers would totally draw my attention....gorgeous to behold, and I bet, a great read as well.These are from the collection of William Spencer, an avid book collector from the turn of the century who died aboard the Titanic.They date from 1880-1910 and represent some of the best French bindings from that period.Images from the
