This is not my first post on Carolyn Quartermaine.I guess you could say I am infatuated, and just a tiny bit jealous.As a fledgling textile/ surface designer, I stand in awe of her boldly unique style......using beautiful serpentine calligraphy ( I love typography) in a repeating pattern is just pure ingenuity. No surprise that she was the recipient of designer of the year at Maison et Objets 2008.
